INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

Your lodging reservation and the accommodation agreement made with Laredo Safari & Adventures Park (whether made by you directly or via a third party such as a travel agent) will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy set out below.

When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy.

If you make your reservation via a travel agent or another third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party, and Laredo Safari & Adventures has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.

When you make your reservation, you will be also deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions for using the Laredo Safari & Adventures website (which shall mean www.laredosafaripark.com and any relevant terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into your reservation and the accommodation agreement with Laredo Safari & Adventures. RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE AND POLICIES

1. Online reservations

The Laredo Safari & Adventures website enables you to check the accommodation offerings and availability of the Giraffe Suite and then submit an online reservation request. On completion of the reservation process, Laredo Safari & Adventures will transmit an online or email confirmation of your reservation.

2. Hotel Prices

The prices indicated on the Laredo Safari & Adventures website for the Giraffe Suite, products and services are subject to availability. Taxes and service charges are only included if indicated in the rate policy.

3. Payment

It will be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room, product, or service reservation. The credit card may then be used by Laredo Safari & Adventures for payment of a deposit as advised at the time of booking or as a guarantee for a future payment, in the case of a no-show, cancellation, or change to the reservation.

4. Cancellations Policy – Effective June 01, 2022

• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of check-in.
• Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
  • Emergency last-minute situations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

5. Rate/Reservation Validity

Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Laredo Safari & Adventures retains official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room, product, and service rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, Laredo Safari & Adventure’s official records shall prevail. Tampering with this confirmation to alter any room, product, or service rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences.

6. Currency

Reservations will be charged in the hotel’s local currency as shown on the Laredo Safari & Adventures Park website. The price shown is based on today’s exchange rate. A foreign currency transaction may be charged by your card provider. Any deposits or pre-payments will be deducted from the final reservation invoice in the hotel’s local currency.

A refund of a deposit or prepayment, if any, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment card provider at the time of any such refund and may differ from the exchange rate applied at the time such deposit or prepayment was made.

7. Pre-paid Reservations

Once you make a reservation your credit card will be charged for the full amount. No refunds are given if a change is made less than 48 hours from reservation time.

8. Guarantee Rules

For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until Laredo Safari & Adventures Park check-out time on the day following the day of arrival. Laredo Safari & Adventures Park may authorize the room, product, or service rate prior to arrival and reserve funds, including taxes, on the credit card to determine the validity of the credit card. Rooms, products, or services booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.

9. Pets

No pets or animals are allowed.

10. Guest’s obligations

You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Laredo Safari & Adventures Park. You also agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, assessments, and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the quoted rate.

You understand that any violation of Laredo Safari & Adventures Park’s Terms and Conditions may result in the cancellation of your reservation and you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation and Laredo Safari & Adventures Park debiting your account for any costs it incurs as a result of such violation.

11. Privacy and data protection

Our Reservation Privacy Policy (set out below) will apply to your reservation and forms part of these Reservation Terms and Conditions.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Laredo Safari & Adventures Park has trademark protection. Any copyright and other intellectual property in the content and materials on the Laredo Safari & Adventures Park website remains with Laredo Safari & Adventures Park. Downloading, copying or otherwise using any material on the Laredo Safari & Adventures Park website is permitted only for private use and limited to the sole purpose of making a Laredo Safari & Adventures Park lodging reservation.

13. Force Majeure

Longneck Manor will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Longneck Manor. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquakes, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire, and explosions.

14. Limitations

Laredo Safari & Adventures Park is not responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, difficulties or lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws. Further, Laredo Safari & Adventures Park is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by user(s), by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Reservations Facility, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the Reservations Facility and shall not be liable for damages resulting from any of the foregoing to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.

Laredo Safari & Adventures may cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a user has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

15. Governing Law

These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute in relation thereto.

Terms and Conditions for Products

• We try to ensure that product details displayed on the website are correct and up to date. However, any error or omission in any information on the Website, or in any other communication or document issued by us, may be corrected without any liability on our part. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you have already paid for the Product(s) at the erroneous price, you will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel.
• Orders of Product(s) are subject to availability. When you place an order, we will confirm it by email, but the order will only become legally binding on us when we send you an email confirming the dispatch of the Product(s). If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can.
• Images of products on the Website are intended as a guide and the actual product may differ slightly in some respects. All weights and dimensions given are approximate.
• Laredo Safari & Adventures Park accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• Please note that once you confirm your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. When you click “Confirm Order” at checkout, you will receive an order number that you should keep for your records. We will also email order confirmation within 24 hours. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska might take longer than shipments to the continental US.
• Most items are available for immediate delivery and will be shipped within two business days. If an item is not currently in stock, we will email you an expected ship date. Customer service will contact you if there is any delay with your order.
• Laredo Safari & Adventures Park ships only within the U.S. and Canada.
• Sale items are non-refundable.
• Items sold by Laredo Safari & Adventures Park and shipped within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax.
• Laredo Safari & Adventures Park will accept returns within 30 days of the date for replacement or credit only. All items must be unworn with original tags attached and packed with the original purchase invoice. No returns on final clearance items. Refunds or returns will not be processed without the original invoice.
• Laredo Safari & Adventures Park will inspect all orders before they are shipped to ensure that there are no defects or damages.
• Return shipping charges will be at your expense. You should track and ensure your return to verify receipt and to protect the shipment if lost or damaged in transit. If you elect not to track or insure the package for the full value, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
